Founded in 2003, Dala is a subsidiary of Locus Publishing Company, with comics being one of its core publications. Apart from publishing its self-initiated featured comics and works by Taiwanese comics artists, the company also introduces creations by European comics masters in order to broaden the reading horizon of the pan-Chinese community. 長鴻出版社股份有限公司

Founded in June 1991, Ever Glory handles authorized translations and publishing of Japanese manga while also supporting the continued development of original artists and material. In recent years, Ever Glory has published many popular works and helped further the careers of numerous talented writers and illustrators. Aside from publishing original comics, Ever Glory actively collaborates with fanfiction creators to help them publish their own work. In July 2017, Ever Glory officially launched "Fhomebook", a full-fledged digital publishing platform that allows original creators to submit their own comics, illustrations, and novels.

Frontier Anime Co. Ltd

Frontier Anime is a professional company that promotes Taiwanese animation and dōjin culture and has published a number of academic books on Taiwanese comics culture.

Frontier Magazine is the only paper-based animation and cultural information publication of its kind in Taiwan.

It was changed to a bi-monthly magazine in January 2019 and features a large variety of original comics. Frontier Anime also organizes the Fancy Frontier manga expo, the largest fandom event in Taiwan.

Kadokawa Contents Academy is an up-and-coming company established in Japan by the Kadokawa Group in December 2013 which seeks to discover and cultivate new talent in the animation and comics industries in Asia. Through its official subsidiary in Taiwan, Kadokawa International Edutainment (Taiwan) Co., Ltd., established in January 2014, the company branched out overseas for the first time by opening a school in Taiwan. The company is dedicated to teaching and spreading authentic Japanese production techniques to local artists in Taiwan and anticipates helping grow Taiwan's local animation market while encouraging more projects that reflect the uniqueness of Taiwan.

Uei-Shiang was founded in March 2002 as a comics publisher. At a time of creative drought for the danmei genre, Uei-Shiang nurtured the careers of many artists in Taiwan and abroad and developed a market among women readers. Uei-Shiang has actively participated in expos and trade shows, and its overseas markets include China, Thailand, Malaysia, Poland, Japan, and South Korea. It has provided a platform for creators to blossom and showcase their talents.

In recent years, Uei-Shiang has broadened its offerings beyond romance for a female audience. This new diverse direction brings new potential to license overseas work for Taiwan, or to bring Taiwanese creators to the international stage. These will always be our goals!
